    Technical sheet

The iORTO MEDIC Tear insole is designed for people with transverse flatfeet. It uses two technologies: longitudinal arch support with variable dynamics adapted to the user's weight and transverse arch support of the foot achieved by using a drop-shaped pressure pad that supports the heads of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones. This design eliminates the cause of the disease condition and activates the foot to move properly.

  • Element: Impact
  • 1. Drop-shaped pressure pad (transverse flatfeet, metatarsalgia, corns, calluses):
Support of the heads of the 2nd and 3rd metatarsal bones at the correct height:
    - Adjusts the transverse arch to the correct position.
    - Relieves pressure on the front part of the foot (forefoot).
    - Prevents the formation of corns and calluses.
  • 2. Protection of the rearfoot – support of the cuboid and navicular bones with variable dynamics:
    - Supporting the navicular and cuboid bones at the correct height to bring the foot into the correct position.
    - Longitudinal arch support.
    - Support for correct rolling of the foot.
    - Stimulation on the muscles and joints of the foot with a designed intensity, adapted to the weight of the user.
    - Distribution of ground pressure forces.
  • 3. Shape memory foam along the entire length of the insole (corns and calluses):
Reduces the pain of already existing corns and calluses and supports their therapy.

Why choose the iORTO MEDIC Tear insoles?

Choose the perfect insole for you

The iORTO MEDIC insoles offer many options for selection. Firstly, these variable dynamics insoles take into account the patient's weight in addition to the condition for an even better effect. Secondly, the iORTO MEDIC Tear insoles are available in three thicknesses to suit the type of footwear most commonly worn. Thirdly, they come in a single size, as each element of the insole is precisely fitted to a foot of a given length.

Protect yourself before and after the medical procedure

Transverse flatfoot is characterised by a lowering of particularly the head of the second metatarsal bone, resulting in painful corns on the soles of the feet. The iORO MEDIC Tear insoles relieve pressure on the forefoot, improving the effectiveness of podiatry treatments. Improving foot biomechanics supports the work of physiotherapists with their patients.

Stop the disease from developing

In order for an orthotic insole to adequately support transverse flatfoot therapy, the entire foot should be protected from the heel bone to the tips of the toes. The iORTO MEDIC Tear insole provides such comprehensive foot protection.
